Musical Cure

The story is about a torn boy fighting his internal demons!

A girl stood in the middle of the audience, she was wearing a tightly fitted pink satin gown, her hair fell down her back in waves of blond, and her skin was white against the dark background of the stage. Her voice cut through the whispers of those who could not hold their mouth, and her music fell like rain, soaking the listeners bones with her words. The eyes that focused upon her were of many ages, and they all basked in the beauty of the song.

The bed creaked as the boy tossed and turned in a fitful sleep trying to find peace in his mind. His family had perished and he was left with a fortune and a mansion and yet he could not find happiness. The house was filled with the echoes and voices of his family, their pleas of love. The shadows always took the form of his sister and taunted him by dancing out of sight whenever he looked at them.

The music shook the souls of the listeners beckoning them to confess their sins to themselves, to accept that they have sinned. She danced and sang their sins bleeding their beings into shock. Her dress started melting off her body neck down as the listeners' souls purified. Her white skin was radiant in the hall full of sins, the shadows that haunted the place took off as her body revealed itself to the listeners.

He fell into sleep as the sun rose into the morning, bringing with it the peacefulness and beauty of summer, taking his family with it, up into the sky. As his body fell into an abyss, his mind rose to the clouds. The clouds were light and fluffy to the boys touch, they felt like perfection. The blue sky was beautiful as the clouds soft, and the light from the sun dimmed by his family. As the sun rose until he could no longer see it, his mind fell back down and his body rose from the abyss.

In her naked state, the girl's songs stood out more as the audience was hushed by her body. her dancing became slower and her song more dynamic, as to show off the curves that god gave her. The audience started drinking in more than thought possible. All the sights and sensations that rolled off the stage were absorbed into the minds of the listeners. The men and women had no distinction now, they were the same and they all had only one thought.

As the life slowly returned to his body his mind flickered, his eyes wavered, and his body shook. His thoughts were those of things he hasn't thought in a long time. His family left him for now, stolen by the sun. the lightness and fluffiness of the clouds still were with him as was the weight of the abyss. He got up from his bed and walked to the window to find nothing but a dream, he stared, and stared trying to understand the sights that he beheld before him.

The hushed audience was cleansed of all sins that they have sinned in their life as the girl's gown reformed around her stopping at her waist. Her voice died as the audience faded to nothing. Her voice raced those of the souls fighting to be heard over god's paradise. Her body fought to be seen over god's light. And her music fought to be sung. Yet she was powerless as a tool that was used for nothing.

The boy stared at the girl singing in the dark, and was blown away by the words that she showered upon his soul. He found happiness when he laid his eyes on her golden ones. The boy walked through the curtain that separated them and walked past all the stairs and seats and stepped on the stage. As he passed the curtain that held the stage together his eyes turned red, and his thoughts murderous.
